David Tindle sold the car to the late Jackson French. He was the person who was subcontracted by Summit Engineereing to assemble the new 5-speed gearboxes desgined by Ross baker.

Jackson sold the car to Coral Dickson who owned the the car for the next 25 years. Michelle discovered the car in 2017 but it would take until 2023 before Coral could be convinced to part with it. Sadly for 20 of those years it sat behind the Whangarei Polytechnic for 20 of those years and now needs some work.

One of Michelles highlights with the car was trailering it to Heron 40th anniversary celebration to show off it's fresh coat of paint. It's slow restoration continues.
